What happens after I submit my intake form?

We will contact you within 48 business hours to schedule your official consultation. At that time, we will also provide the established consultation fee and schedule your initial session with us.  Payment will be due upon acceptance of the agreed time.

How do I reschedule my consultation?

Accepted Answer

A request to reschedule must be submitted in writing at least 24 business hours, in advance, of the confirmed appointment time. Upon confirmation of the initial consultation, your card will be charged for the agreed upon fee as clients are responsible for their appointment times. We work diligently to serve you and greatly appreciate your assistance in helping us serve as many people as possible.

What is the turnaround time for my requests?

Accepted Answer

Turnaround times differ. A resume may be completed within 3 to 5 business days, depending upon the documents requested. Boilerplate documentation and Budget Development for a Proposal may take up to three weeks to be created. Numerous factors are considered when establishing an estimated completion date. This is why your consultation is so important.

We guarantee that you will be more than satisfied with our customer service, quality of work, and final product. We do not offer refunds as our clients approve each step, so their satisfaction is guaranteed.

What are your fees for your services?

Accepted Answer

A 30-minute consultation, which is required prior to beginning a consultation or project, is $75.00. After the consultation, all fees are based on the service (a la carte or package offers) provided.   A summary of anticipated costs are below.

Resumes (approximate introduction costs based on pages and content)
~$150.00, A la Carte Resume for Student; ~$200.00, A la Carte Resume for Career Professional
~$250.00, Package to include Cover Letter and Resume; ~$350.00, Package to include Cover Letter, Resume and LinkedIn Profile (review, edit or  build)

Grant, Contract and Proposal assistance costs vary depending upon the documentation request,  project and time investment.
